It is available at:

ftp://mirrors.advancedhosters.com/gentoo/
rsync://mirrors.advancedhosters.com/gentoo/

Also portage tree is available at:
rsync://mirrors.advancedhosters.com/gentoo-portage/

Server has 2x1GBit uplinks.
There are no limits for http/ftp/rsync users.
