The PostgreSQL 7.4.2 release requires changes to the system catalog to correct bugs which may potentially crash database backends. Users need to read the release notes and understand they need to reload PG or go through the procedure in the release notes. This version of the ebuild warns the user of this if there is an existing PG 7.4.x installation on the system.

It also fixes bug #44337, the broken description string.
