Have been trying to reach wiki.gentoo.org for several months now for various topics, including Safe CFlags and now, Steam.  It just times out every time I try it.  Applies to all client OS's (Win7, Linux Gentoo, MacOS X Lion) and latest versions of both Firefox and Chrome/Chromium.  Have also checked via a SSH-based SOCKS proxy routed through my own Ubuntu-running Mac Mini server in Las Vegas -- it's timing out.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Surf to http://wiki.gentoo.org
2.  Wait until timeout.
Actual Results:  
Site times out irrespective of physical location, OS, or browser.

Expected Results:  
Site should load and be operational.

Shouldn't happen on the new hosting setup any more.
