xfce4-session-4.10.0 "logout" patch

detailed bug description: https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5379
issues summary:
- session managers "hangs" for some time when attempting to logout
- no xfwm4 started by session manager
- "session manager must be idle" logout issue

proposed "Chris patch, plus SmSaveGlobal" can't be applied to xfce4-session-4.10.0 sources, so I attached modified patch.

Usage of patched xfce4-session (user-patch method) shows issues seems to be fixed, so I suggesting to include patch in appropriate ebuild.
