i think to use tor you need net-proxy/tsocks so you can use it i think i should be added as a dep acording to http://en.gentoo-wiki.com/wiki/Tor

1) You should use torsocks, not tsocks.  tsocks is known to leak info.

2) You can use tor without either so its not really a dependency.  Neither a DEPEND nor an RDEPEND.  So we must allow the user the option to install tor without it.  Adding the dependency would break that option.
