Last update to hb-install-x86+amd64-kernel.xml deletes all about initramfs, but inserts a stub, pointing to hb-install-initramfs.xml.

But this file - hb-install-initramfs is absent, so there is no info about initramfs in handbook at all.

oh, shoot. somehow this wasn't committed. or it was removed, or something.

i might have a copy of hb-install-initramfs, but...it's on my workstation, which is dead. i'll see if i can dig up that file...

there...i added that snippet/file to our CVS tree.

all y'all, please double check once it hits the mirrors that it reads correctly. IIRC i had to spend awhile getting everything right, so i want to make sure that, several weeks later, it's still okay.
