Is it OK to stabilize =sys-apps/help2man-1.40.12 ?

If so, please CC all arches which have stable keywords

for older versions of this package and add STABLEREQ keyword

to the bug.

A dependency on gettext Perl module is missing:

configure: error: perl module Locale::gettext required

Sorry, this is probably a red herring.  I'm installing a new box and just gettext may have been broken.

I'm having the same problem trying to upgrade from an amd64 stage3 to ~amd64.

Updating from amd64 to ~amd64 help2man build fails when dev-perl/Locale-gettext is not installed (yet).

The help2man ebuild needs to list this module as an explicit dependency.
