there isn't any "man gentoo" that would state if gentoo linux is FHS compliant, UNIX98 compliant, LSB compliant. we aim for certain aspects of FHS but we by no means follow it to the T ... we dont try for LSB at all ... in general, i think a real list would need to be drawn up of what you think should be in here ... perhaps the Social Contract could part of it
I don't believe we need a man page for Gentoo. We don't strive for FHS compliance (and even if we are FHS compliant, we don't do testing on this matter with every release so it is dynamical), we don't have the money to ask for UNIX98 compliance testing and LSB is even worse.
