Description Sean Riddle 2002-07-01 19:07:33 UTC
The mysql ebuild will terminate in the src_unpack function patching a file
related to gimpprint (I am afraid I do not have the error message at hand). I
believe this is due to the use of the 'cups' option in my USE variable. After a
manual emerge of the latest gimp-print ebuild, the mysql emerge went smoothly.

Is this on the 4.0 ebuild or the latest 3.x ebuild?
Comment 2 Jacob Perkins 2002-07-02 15:36:26 UTC
I've had the same or similar problem and it was fixed by unmerging gimp-print-
cups, emerging mysql, then emerging gimp-print-cups afterwards. Everything
works fine if you do that, and I believe there is another bug report on this
issue. This is for mysql 3.x.
