Is it OK to stabilize =dev-lang/regina-rexx-3.6 ?

If so, please CC all arches which have stable keywords

for older versions of this package and add STABLEREQ keyword

to the bug.

Builds and runs fine on x86. No rdeps.

Despite the sonames:
 * QA Notice: The following shared libraries lack a SONAME
 * /usr/lib/libregutil.so
 * /usr/lib/librxtest1.so
 * /usr/lib/librxtest2.so

Please mark stable for x86.
