This is a metabug; it'll take on all bugreports currently assigned to the desktop configuration guide and will provide information on the "Desktop Configuration" part of the Gentoo Handbook (such as requirements, links to draft documents, etc.).

In other words: I'm going to start writing the third part of the Gentoo Handbook: "Desktop Configuration" or something similar) :)

The chapters on GNOME and ALSA are finished as well. I hope ppl known to the various window managers write up sections for the WM chapter. I've written a bit about FluxBox because that's what I use.
