changed depend in ebuild from net-ftp/curl to net-misc/curl

depend in ebuild was incorrect

depend in ebuild for authforce-0.9.6.ebuild had incorrect path of net-ftp/curl.  Corrected to net-misc/curl.  It is then necessary to do:

ebuild authforce-0.9.6.ebuild digest

It is then fine to emerge the package, works.

Please, we just want plaintext ebuild and patches (if needed). No tarballs.
