OUTPUTDIR fallback to KERNEL_DIR

If the --kerneldir option is set but the --kernel-outputdir option is unset genkernel will fallback to DEFAULT_KERNEL_SOURCE which may not exist on the system.

See the attached patch against current git master that changes the KERNEL_OUTPUTDIR fallback to KERNEL_DIR, which then if unset falls back to DEFAULT_KERNEL_SOURCE.
