* Fix a possible divide-by-zero in FPS calculuation.

pydance 1.0.0 is working nicely on ppc for me, furthermore on x86(smp) also with psyco, which is strongly recommended in the FAQ (http://icculus.org/pyddr/faq.php).

Latest version is 1.0.1:

* Tug of War lifebar no longer crashes.
* Standard make install target works correctly again.
* Fix a possible divide-by-zero related crash in the song selector.
* Avoid locale-setting error on Mac OS X.
* Fullscreen toggling on OS X and Windows works again.
