The SCM-ebuild for dev-vcs/git[=9999] fails trying to apply ${FILESDIR}/git-1.7.12-git-svn-backport.patch since several weeks by now due to upstream-changes most notably in the Makefiles.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. echo '=dev-vcs/git-9999 *' > /etc/portage/package.keywords
2. emerge '=dev-vcs/git-9999'
3. BÄMM!

Actual Results:  
 * Applying git-1.7.12-git-svn-backport.patch ...

 * Failed Patch: git-1.7.12-git-svn-backport.patch !
 *  ( /var/db/paludis/repositories/gentoo/dev-vcs/git/files/git-1.7.12-git-svn-backport.patch )
 * 
 * Include in your bugreport the contents of:
 * 
 *   /var/tmp/paludis/dev-vcs-git-9999/temp//git-1.7.12-git-svn-backport.patch.out


Expected Results:  
Experiencing all the nice features, git is going to have in the next stable release.
