Description Samuli Suominen (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2012-10-21 11:29:32 UTC
has so many crash fixes that should be stabilized fast as possible... unreliable screenlock is bad for business
Comment 1 Agostino Sarubbo gentoo-dev 2012-10-24 09:57:44 UTC

Comment 2 Anthony Basile gentoo-dev 2012-10-29 21:52:37 UTC
stable ppc
Comment 3 Anthony Basile gentoo-dev 2012-10-30 02:34:01 UTC
arm and ppc64 cannot be stabilized because of the dependency on lightdm. It is ~arm but not even keyworded for ppc64.

Then use package.use.force in your profiles to force USE="gdm" enabled, or even package.use.mask USE="gdm"

All up to arch teams how they want to handle it, this certainly CAN be stabilized
