latest eclipse-jdt-bin 2.1 (for example) depends on eclipse-platform-bin 2.1

but eclipse-ftp-webdav-bin depends on eclipse-platform-bin 2.0 

this is causing cyclic upgrade/downgrade when doing emerge -u --deep world

I will remove all the eclipse-*-bin packages shortly. 

I first have to repackage the cdt in a from-source form.

In the meantime, use eclipse-sdk and the built-in update manager to retrieve the cdt plugin if you need it.

I've now removed:
eclipse-platform-bin
eclipse-jdt-bin
eclipse-ftp-webdav-bin
eclipse-sdk-bin

These have been superseded by dev-util/eclipse-sdk, and this problem 
doesn't appear there.
