This version is currently ~amd64, I would like it to be stable please.  I've deployed it so far on four production systems with PHP_TARGETS="php5-3 php5-4" and it works under both environments (when switching via eselect)

I've got dev-lang/php-5.3.15 and dev-lang/php-5.4.6 that I'm using this with but I've only tested on amd64, don't have an x86 profile to test on.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set ACCEPT_KEYWORDS and PHP_TARGETS
2. emerge -av =dev-php/pecl-geoip-1.0.8-r1
3. Recognise the Awesome
