Chapter 5 section b contains a link to the gentoo mirrorlist - great! - but
it points to "/main/en/mirrors.xml" - not so great if I'm reading the docs
off the livecd.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Handbook from anywhere but the gentoo website.
2. Go to chapter 5 section b, click the mirrorlist link.

I'll take this one; when a new release is made I'll do some magic so that the links use full uri's instead of relative ones.

Okay; the local guide.xsl (http://dev.gentoo.org/~swift/local/guide.xsl) which is used to create handbook snapshots now uses full links instead of relative links.
