The 'systemd' USE flag must not be used to decide on init files being installed. Please remove it from IUSE and install both systemd & openrc files unconditionally. Users are allowed to have both init systems installed and working alongside each other.

Could you please clean up the old ebuild and the flag from metadata.xml?
