gramps-3.4.1 was released 2012.08.23, please bump.

Repeat comment from bug 435486:

The Gramps build system is strange in some regards and I had problems with it for the 3.4.1 bump...I solved it now and bumped the package.
The big changes occured between 3.2 and 3.3 with a database format change, this should have be settled down by now.
If we always wait for those bumps we never get anything stabled.
