Dillo seems to give the warning:

HTML warning: line 150, color is not in "#RRGGBB" format

For bugs.gentoo.org.  I'm guessing either the bugzilla or dillo doesn't comply with w3c html, or something.  It's more likely the bugzilla, given dillo's project aim; but i have no real idea.

It's not harming anything, but it's nice to adhere to standards, assuming dillo's pointing out a standards violation.  I thought there were several colors defined in the HTML spec like "Red" "green" "white" "blue" . . . .
