prelink-20040216 and elfutils-0.94-r1 both work fine (for me, anyway). Adding "~amd64" requested prelink does complain about various programs using libs from /lib rather than /lib64 (which is probably exactly what they are doing, not a prelink problem) Also note that I do not have any 32-bit binaries installed. Some people have reported that earlier versions of prelink (possibly this version as well) abort immediately when they encounter anything 32-bit. If this is the case, maybe the ebuild can alter the prelink.conf to omit the emul dirs, or just warn about this possibility and explain how to edit the conf file.
