dev-python/notify-python is not an upstream requirement of x11-terms/terminator and said package builds and functions properly without it.

Please add 'libnotify' USE flag to make this dep optional.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE="-libnotify" emerge x11-terms/terminator


Actual Results:  
Portage pulls in dev-python/notify-python and it's huge dep tree.

Expected Results:  
Package builds properly without dev-python/notify-python or it's huge dep tree.
