pgadmin3 1.16 relesed. 1.14 throws errors when working with 9.2 databases.

Yes, I also need a new version....so I changed the existing ebuild-File.
Version 1.16 compiles and runs without problems at my side ;)

There's an optional "database designer" feature which was added as part of GSoC 2010.

It can be compiled by passing --enable-databasedesigner to the configure step.
However this code segfaults on 1.16 when launching the designer. Don't know if it's worth adding it to the ebuild as an optional flag.
