TARGET ARCHES: amd64 arm ppc ppc64 x86

While we are still stabilizing valgrind-3.6.1-r4, bug #430822, this version is needed for ppc and ppc64, bug 403355, which I have already tested and will mark myself.

i'm going to drop ~arm for now because of bug #434890.  It is my packagem I'm on the arm team, and I know what needs to be done in principle (fix the build system to detect arm) but I'm busy and I'll wait for a user request.
