This would be a regression since the earlier version did not have trouble with that flag.

Did build when I did echo 'media-video/cheese -introspection' >> to ~package.use

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Update to version
2.USE="introspection"
3.
Actual Results:  
Fails to build 


Will attach logs and emerge info for package

Emerge --info cheese. Note the USE flag is set in package.use currently.

You need to re-emerge x11-libs/mx (or run revdep-rebuild).
