I have been embarassed by classifying my bugs in the wrong area... mostly in the general "If your not sure, go here" product section. I've been slowly learning, and I'm wondering if we can help people get productive (or less distracting) sooner by: implementing the component portion of the bug submission process to a javascript form element (compatibility issues already!) that is populated by a selection from the Product listing... (which would be very much as the component box is now Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: either 1.both server detection of the browser client and<noscript> tags will have to be used 2.CSS layers might make a very interesting, backwards compatible option in which all component selection boxes are show in older / incompatible browsers, but the form elements are unhidden as the product is selected 3.
would this be a bugzilla bug? if so you could file the bug at http://bugzilla.mozilla.org. If it's a problem with our server, what would you suggest changing in the javascript code to make this work?
