The global 'adns' flag has been changes to state:

adns - Adds support for asynchronous DNS resolution

Please migrate your package to use that flag instead of local USE=ares. Thank you.

I was about to, but then I got rid of the useflag completely on 1.0-r1 which has a stablereq bug now. I intend to remove old ebuilds afterwards.
