Host system is OpenSUSE 11.4, Gentoo Prefix details to be found below.

Emerging x11-libs/fox-1.6.45 fails (required by the xfe package), console output is:

It "fails" because it was never tested/ported on Gentoo Prefix. You shouldn't expect packages to just work because you put them in pacakge.keywords.

One of the reasons for this is that fox.eclass is not Prefix-ready.
