I want to give some good news for Enlightenment desktop environment :) by someone who is in Enlightenment development mailing list, He said that Enlightenment will be version bumped ASAP. so many bug patch will be applied during some day. I saw e17 demonstration last saturday in Republic of Korea, presented by rasterman (as you know. It's totally real!). That's newly written from scratch. that code looks very clean and Its UI looks attractive and beautiful :) so I suggest that It is needed to make to get a source archive from that server during emerging e17 to gentoo system, few days later. I'm excited!! YAY! Reproducible: Always
What exactly do you request with this bug? There is currently not yet any release of e17, also there is some release planned for an yet unknown release date. If you want to build e17 from the current sources in svn, you can already use the live ebuilds from our enlightenment overlay.

So it seems like nothing we can do for the moment, so i will close this bug as CANTFIX. Feel free to re-open this bug, when the release has happened.

It just seems to be rumor :P I hope that we DO enough test by uploading ebuild for beta release to unstable tree (~), so we make to use a shiny environment without troublesome bugs. by the way, could we get a source by emerging like THIS? -> x11-wm/enlightenment-0.16.9999 anyway, thank you for telling your opinion :)

And i asked you to re-open this bug, when the release has finally happend (also it is not needed, since i do follow their lists), which happened not yet. So please keep it closed for now.
