Mats has indicated that he wants to become the new xemacs maintainer for Gentoo. Being the old xemacs maintainer I will be his mentor. Mats has been involved with upstream XEmacs for quite some time, and in fact the scripts I use to bump xemacs packages are originally written by him. He has already started on the quizzes.
Hi, can we have a status update here please? are the quizzes ready?
I've come far with the quizzes and I have been given access to the emacs overlay where I can do work on the version bump. So that looks good I think. However I did the work on the quizzed for some time ago so I need to go over them again to refresh and complete them.
I will be your recruiter. Please send your quizzes to recruiters@gentoo.org when approved by your mentor. Always add a comment to this bug when you send something to that address. When the quizzes are sent please contact me by IRC or email to schedule the first review session. If you think that recruiters aren't paying attention to this bug at any later point in time, it's your job to ping us on IRC if you don't want any delays.
The first quiz, the equiz, is now sent to recruiters@g.o. Please check that the gpg-stuff is OK. I don't regularly use that. I have yet some time until the end quiz is ready. I'll try to focus on that so we can get started.
The end_quiz is in the mail!
