Thanks for reporting. I have temporarily package.use.masked USE=introspection for webkit-gtk-1.8.2-r201 @sparc team, please keyword app-misc/geoclue so that the geoloc and introspection USE flags can be unmasked for webkit-gtk and epiphany.
