Here is the newest version of bidwatcher which supports the changes to eBay.

I took the older 1.3.11 ebuild renamed it to 1.3.12 as there is no dependency change, and added amd64 to KEYWORDS (as I use amd64 and it works flawlessly)

The previous version was found in net-misc.
