Tried to emerge ati-drivers-extra; it said there was no digest.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge sync
2.emerge ati-drivers-extra
3.Profit!

Actual Results:  
It complained about a lack of a digest for ati-drivers-extra

Expected Results:  
Emerged ati-drivers-extra.  Or rather, since the problem is with the
ati-drivers-extra package itself, ati-drivers-extra should have provided a
digest.  ;)
