1.1.97, 1.1.98, and 1.2.0 would all crash when you would try to open a file in them. Noticed a closed bug on anjuta's bug tracker which said the 64bit stuff should be fixed, so I emerged 1.2.1 and lo and behold it seems to work great. I can open files, save, import projects, etc. I verified with another user on #gentoo-amd64 who said 1.2.1 also worked for him.

Possibly make 1.2.1 ~amd64?
