Hi,

The php project is dropping all the ezc packages from portage as they have been abandoned upstream and not had any releases in years. www-apps/mantisdb is now the only package depending on the ezc libs so we ask that mantisbt use the bundled versions instead (as they are hopefully somehow maintained or ensured bug free).
