Hello, I would like to upgrade to a devel version of octave because of a bug in fprintf function of 2.1.50, and current ebuild worked for both 2.1.51 and 2.1.55, but after upgrading I'm not able to compile octave-forge (tried 2003.02.22, 2003.06.22 and 2004.02.12). I'm attaching a few compling logs.

Possibly related, I ran into problems building octave-forge 2004.02.12 against octave 2.1.50.  See:

The log is understandable, but could you please set LC_ALL="C" next time? :-)

octave-forge-2004.02.12 will be there very soon. Please try. Works fine for me with octave-2.1.50. If you encounter problems, please re-open this bug.
