Bug 431812 – =dev-tex/latex2rtf-2.2.1b: missing dep for tests

=dev-tex/latex2rtf-2.2.1b compiles fine on ppc and ppc64, but it fails tests on each in the same way.

ok, so its not ppc* related, just a missing dep :)
