while trying to get libwww-perl-5.76 to compile I received the following error 

HTML::Parser version 3.33 required--this is only version 3.28 at Makefile.PL line 165, <STDIN> line 7.

now with ~x86 most people will not encounter the error

Fixed dep in libwww-perl-5.76 to point to HTML::Parser 3.34 (current stable - tested with this version of libwww-perl successfully). Thanks for catching that :)
