udev-187 has moved /lib/udev/ to /usr/lib/udev
and /lib/udev/udevd to /usr/lib/systemd/systemd-udevd

mkinitcpio-udev-install.patch is for udev old version.

Reproducible: Always

-r2 of mkinitcpio now works with udev-197 and higher, dependency adjusted accordingly
