Minimum version needed to compile against the now stable glibc-2.15, the current stable valgrind (3.6.1-r3) does not get past configure. Also I wouldn't complain if 3.8.0 was added to ~arch for testing :) Reproducible: Always
This seems to be related to #390323. Please note that currently the latest stable (on amd64) valgrind does not build against the latest stable glibc.

I'll try to get to it today but, you know, this thing called real life. Don't be afraid to keep nagging me, I need it.
I'm in no huge rush, and beggars can't be choosers. I just figured I'd poke in case it slipped you by :) Cheers

Thank you very much. I've filed 431970
Arches go ahead (why nobody added arches before?)
x86 stable
Speaking as a ppc/ppc64 tested: 3.6.1-r4 will not build on ppc and ppc64 because of bug 403355. Althouhg 3.7.0-r4 does. I'm going to drop ppc and ppc64 keywords on 3.6.1-r4 and open up another stabilization request for 3.7.0-r4 targetting all the arches. For 3.6.1-r4 we'll stick to just amd64 arm x86. I'm testing arm next.
amd64 stable. Last arch, closing
