The KMMS tar file which was at http://luizpaulo.virtualave.net/kmms/kmms-0.8beta1.tar.gz is gone and if you try to download it you get a (broken) webpage telling you that you got a 403 error.  The interesting part of that error page is where they say that "On January 13th, 2004, Virtual Ave discontinued free Web hosting plans."

Steps to Reproduce:
1. type "wget http://luizpaulo.virtualave.net/kmms/kmms-0.8beta1.tar.gz"
2. read the 403_error.html file that you get instead of the tar file.

i've removed the package from portage.
