Reports of successful use exist, so can it get a bump up to stable?  I doesn't seem to contain anything that would conflict with other packages; the only possibility of that happening would involve another package that installs a binary called "runtest".

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge dejagnu
Actual Results:  
Calculating dependencies   
!!! all ebuilds that could satisfy "dejagnu" have been masked.
!!! possible candidates are:
- dev-util/dejagnu-1.4.3 (masked by: ~keyword)

!!! Error calculating dependencies. Please correct.

Expected Results:  
Calculating dependencies ...done!
