I propose a 'printing' use flag, to control if the gentoo box is used for printing at all.

For example those gnome stuff includes printing libraries only needed when wanting to use the box to print anything on paper at all.

I'm sure there are loads of libs like that.

This would enable the user to optimize the size of the system ;) (i.e. make /usr take up less)

the cups use flag already covers most of it

ah, well if thats the case, "cups" use flag is fine :)
