This ebuild includes additional USE flags when USE="client" is set. These are copied from silc-client's ebuild. Also, some dependencies are added (from silc-client's ebuild too). This ebuild now blocks silc-client when USE="client" is set. A way should be found how to block silc-toolkit from silc-client, but only if silc-toolkit was compiled with the client.

Maybe creating a new virtual/silcclient (or similar) would solve this, but I don't know what the policy is on these virtuals...
