the hint for wiki user creation "captcha" returns 500

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.try to create account on wiki
2.click more info for larry captcha

Actual Results:  
500 error or blank page

Expected Results:  
see more info

multiple users on #gentoo confirmed the same error going to more info link I supplied them
