Description Laurence Withers 2004-02-24 11:07:09 UTC
This is a new ebuild for libcdio. Note that there is a local use flag ``cddb'', which selects whether or not the cd-info program uses libcddb to search for CDDB info.

0.66 is already in cvs
Comment 3 Patrick Kursawe (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-02-24 22:58:33 UTC
adding such a USE flag seems to make sense...
Comment 4 Patrick Kursawe (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-02-24 23:07:52 UTC
Laurence, thanks for the ebuild, but it should disable cddb support if the USE flag is not set, even if the library is available.

This time the ebuild disables CDDB support if the use flag isn't set.
Comment 6 Patrick Kursawe (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-02-26 00:04:21 UTC
Please note that freshly added ebuilds should normally be marked as ~arch.
This will take a little time because the other archs still have to test if libcddb works for them. Thanks for your work. Closing this bug, -r1 will go into portage as soon as libcddb has been tested.
