Several very important things. 1)Your ebuild claims to support kde...but this screensaver has no kde support built in implicitly. There are no kde options in the configure script. 2)Whether this is your fault or the fault of the screen saver I'm not sure, but it doesn't generate an xml config file so you can't configure any of the options that are provided.
sorry, but i'm not too interested in maintaining this for portage at this point in time. i'll have to close this as won't fix for the time being. if another wishes to pick this up and maintain it, they are very welcome to.
