Description Wernfried Haas (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-02-24 02:42:45 UTC
i wanted to install cherokee (0.4.1 is marked stable at the moment) and it bugged out as described in http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=41744. this bug is still unsolved (hint! hint! ;-) ). there are masked versions up to 0.4.5 (which actually works, though it hangs quite some time processing a 9.5 megs large makefile.in - should i file a bugreport about this?) available, however ebuilds for the newer versions (up to 0.4.10 available) would be great.
this would also fix bug 41744 as a sideeffect as well. ;-)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open ftp://alobbs.com/cherokee/0.4/
2. take a look ;-)

guys how about marking 0.4.10 stable ?
Comment 2 Spider (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-03-11 01:47:51 UTC
Well, I have no clue here really... Why'd this end up on me?

As far as the build goes it looks okay, and Its bad to lag too far behind, so in general I'd say "go"
Comment 3 Wernfried Haas (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-04-19 02:12:13 UTC
0.4.14 is already marked stable so this bug is pretty much obsolete.
